关于手续费拍拍贷是这样规定的：

1、新用户：

系统会判断申请人的魔镜等级(也就是可信度)，扣除本金的1.5%-12.5%作为手续费，如果申请人是E级的则收取本金的10%或12%;评级为F，则收取本金的15%或17%;评级为G，则收取本金的19%或23%。信用度越好手续费越少。

2、老用户：

根据申请人的评估等级不同，将会扣除本金的1.5%-12.5%作为手续费，评级为F，会收取本金的15%或17%;评级为G，收取本金的19%或23%。

所以借款10000元的话到手差不多就9300左右。
